Do you use proprietary blends? No. The NEXGEN Era is built on absolute transparency. Every ingredient in our whey, pre-workouts, creatine, and electrolytes is fully disclosed and clinically dosed. You will always know exactly what you are fueling your body with.

Are your products third-party tested? Yes. To guarantee our standard of European precision, our products undergo rigorous third-party lab testing. This ensures purity, verifies active ingredient yields, and guarantees our formulas are free from banned substances and heavy metals.

Are NEXGEN supplements suitable for vegans or vegetarians? Our Pre-Workouts Electrolytes, Creatine are 100% vegan-friendly. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom and across Europe.

How long will my order take to arrive?

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days.

• UK Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will arrive the next business day.

• European Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

How do I track my order? The moment your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a secure tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Our fulfilment process is highly automated to ensure rapid delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us within 1 hour of placing it. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to modify it, but you can initiate a return once it arrives.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. However, due to strict health and hygiene regulations regarding ingestible supplements, we can only accept returns if the internal and external safety seals are completely unbroken and the product is unused.
