NEXGEN NUTRITION: RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At NEXGEN, we hold ourselves to the highest standard of European Precision. We stand behind the uncompromising purity and quality of every formula we produce.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or if your circumstances have changed, our returns policy is designed to be clear, fair, and fully compliant with UK consumer law.

1. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of receiving them.

However, due to strict health and hygiene regulations regarding consumable supplements, we can only accept 'change of mind' returns if the following conditions are met:

• The product is completely unopened and unused.

• The protective internal and external safety seals remain completely intact.

• The product is in its original, undamaged packaging.

Please note: If a supplement tub, pouch, or bottle has been opened or the seal is broken, we legally cannot accept a return or issue a refund for health and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We engineer our products for elite performance, and that extends to our packaging and fulfilment. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe the product is faulty, your rights are protected under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• Up to 30 Days: If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or an immediate replacement within 30 days of delivery.

• We may require photographic evidence of the damage or fault to process the claim with our European manufacturing and shipping partners.

• In the event of a faulty or incorrect item, NEXGEN Nutrition will cover all return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For clarity, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Any nutritional supplement that has been opened or unsealed.

• Products purchased through a third-party retailer (these must be returned to the original place of purchase).
